About the role
We're hiring a Product Designer to shape intuitive web and mobile experiences for our clients. You'll translate business goals and user needs into wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and design systems that engineering can ship efficiently.
What you'll do
- Run discovery sessions and map user flows for web and mobile products
- Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI in Figma
- Build and maintain design systems aligned to brand and accessibility
- Present concepts to clients and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Collaborate with engineers on feasibility, edge cases, and polish
What we're looking for
- 3+ years product or UI/UX design for digital products
- Strong Figma skills and a portfolio showing end-to-end case studies
- Understanding of responsive design and basic frontend constraints
- Ability to articulate design rationale to clients and teammates
- Based in or able to collaborate in the Toronto area for hybrid work
