About the role

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead delivery on SaaS and web application builds for clients across Canada and internationally. You'll own architecture decisions, mentor teammates, and partner directly with clients on technical direction — from discovery through launch and iteration.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery on React, Next.js, Node, and API-driven product builds
• Design scalable architecture, data models, and integration patterns
• Conduct code reviews and uphold quality, security, and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with design, PM, and client stakeholders on scope and trade-offs
• Document technical decisions and hand off maintainable codebases

What we're looking for

• 5+ years building production web applications with React and Node (or similar)
• Strong experience with Next.js, TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs, and SQL databases
• Comfortable owning client-facing technical conversations
• Track record of shipping maintainable code in team environments
• Eligible to work in Canada (remote-friendly)
