Inconsistent UI patterns slowed feature delivery. New screens looked disjointed, and mobile experiences were an afterthought for power users on the go.
We audited existing flows, defined typography and color tokens aligned to brand, built a Figma component library, and redesigned priority dashboards with mobile-first responsive layouts.
Engineering reported 35% faster UI implementation, improved usability scores in moderated testing, and positive feedback from enterprise clients on visual polish and clarity.
