Uploading help documents

Attachments

Super admins and admins can upload PDF, Word, or text files when creating or editing a help article.

1. Open Help Center → Manage articles.
2. Create or edit an article.
3. Use Attach document to upload a file (max 15 MB).
4. Save the article — team members can download the file from the article view.

You can also paste rich HTML content directly for in-browser reading without an attachment.
